Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine and Bake
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
