  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for glaze

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. While the doughnuts are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 4 tablespoons butter, 1/3 cup maple syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  9. Let the doughnuts cool, then dip them into the glaze.
