  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Method

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; combine well before adding mashed bananas.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting with a mixture made by beating softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
