Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each shrimp first in flour, then dip into egg wash, and finally coat with panko before placing on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl for the sauce.
  6. Serve shrimp drizzled or tossed in the sauce.
