Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz Elbow Macaroni
Chicken
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Method
 

Prepare Pasta
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce
  1. In a large pot, combine milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken to the cheese sauce. Mix well to combine.
  2. Stir in BBQ sauce until evenly distributed.
Bake
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the top.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Serve
