Ingredients

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water about 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Cook the Pizza
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. If using a pizza stone, place it on the griddle to heat up.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza peel.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add your desired toppings.
  4. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated griddle or pizza stone. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove the pizza from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
