Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cans peaches in syrup drained
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional
Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained peaches, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Make the Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together the flour, milk, sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
