  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 ounces dairy-free cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 ounces frozen spinach thawed
  • 7 ounces canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • as needed flour for rolling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to puff pastry package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dairy-free cream cheese, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, and kosher salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
  6. Sprinkle dairy-free mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  8. Slice the log into equal pinwheels.
  9. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake according to puff pastry package instructions or until golden brown.
