Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 4 pieces Ribeye steaks About 1 inch thick
Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Prepare the Steak
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Serve
  1. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Top with chimichurri sauce before serving.

Notes
