  • 1.6 kg Lebanese cucumbers
  • 750 ml white vinegar
  • 1 liter water
  • 125 ml sugar
  • 12 whole black peppercorns
  • 4 stems fresh dill
  • 12.5 ml mustard seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic

Method
 

  1. Wash and quarter the Lebanese cucumbers.
  2. In a pot, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, black peppercorns, dill, mustard seeds, and garlic.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Add the quartered cucumbers to the boiling mixture.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Pack the cucumbers into jars and seal.
