Ingredients

Pastry & Melted Brie Base
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed in refrigerator
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into 24 bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for greasing muffin tin
Spiced Cranberry & Pecan Topping
  • 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce spiced with orange zest
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted for nutty crunch
  • 1 tsp orange zest bright citrus perfume
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary aromatic garnish
  • 2 tbsp pure honey warm honey glaze
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt for finishing contrast

Method

  1. Prep & Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  2. Cut Puff Pastry Squares: Unroll thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Roll gently with a rolling pin to smooth creases. Cut each sheet into 12 equal squares (3x4 grid) to make 24 squares total.
  3. Assemble the Cups: Press each pastry square gently into a cup of the mini muffin tin, letting the four corners flare out over the top. Place one cube of brie cheese into the center of each pastry cup.
  4. Top with Cranberry & Pecans: In a small bowl, stir cranberry sauce with grated orange zest. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of spiced cranberry sauce directly over each cube of brie. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the tops.
  5. Bake to Golden Perfection: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 14 to 16 minutes until the puff pastry edges are puffed, deeply golden-brown, and the brie cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Garnish & Serve Warm: Remove from oven and let rest in the tin for 5 minutes so the cheese sets slightly. Gently transfer to a holiday serving platter. Drizzle with warm wildflower honey, scatter with minced fresh rosemary and flaky sea salt, and serve warm.
