Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method

Combine and Serve
  1. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over pasta or rice.
