  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 8 cups water filtered or spring water
  • 1 cup ice optional
  • 1 sprig mint for garnish, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and water.
  3. If desired, add ice to the pitcher.
  4. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to infuse the flavors.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of mint if desired.
