Chocolate Coating
  • 5-6 oz dark chocolate

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • Cookie Scoop
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • microwave or double boiler

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Fold in the raspberries and blueberries gently.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small bite-sized balls of the yogurt mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the yogurt bites for about 30-40 minutes, until firm.
  5. While the bites are freezing, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  6. Once the bites are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork to remove them and let excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Place the chocolate-coated bites back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Return to the freezer for an additional 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
