- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and almond butter until smooth.
- Fold in the raspberries and blueberries gently.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small bite-sized balls of the yogurt mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the yogurt bites for about 30-40 minutes, until firm.
- While the bites are freezing, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Once the bites are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork to remove them and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated bites back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Return to the freezer for an additional 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
