Crust
  • 48 pieces Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 32 oz. fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 oz. freeze dried strawberries coarsely crushed
  • 1 3 oz. pack strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted unsalted butter.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced fresh strawberries and freeze dried strawberries.
  4. Prepare the strawberry flavored gelatin according to package instructions and mix with the strawberry fruit mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with softened unsalted butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of the strawberry gelatin and strawberry mixture.
  8. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the strawberries.
  9. Repeat layering the ingredients until all components are used.
  10. Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
