Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut hole pan two-thirds full and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in chopped strawberries.
  7. Once donuts cool slightly, use a piping bag to fill each hole with strawberry cream.
