Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Fill each cavity of the donut hole pan two-thirds full and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in chopped strawberries.
- Once donuts cool slightly, use a piping bag to fill each hole with strawberry cream.
