Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups mini pretzels crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
Topping
  • 3 oz strawberry gelatin

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush pretzels into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and granulated sugar.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into cooled pretzel crusts, then top with sliced strawberries.
  5. Prepare strawberry gelatin according to package instructions and pour over each cup until filled.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving; enjoy chilled.
