  • 8 oz fresh sushi-grade Ahi tuna diced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • ½ cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
