- Cut slits or pockets about 3/4 of the way through the salmon, being careful not to cut all the way through. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper until combined.
- Stuff the filling into the salmon, packing in as much as possible.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin until fully combined. Rub the spice mixture on top of each piece of salmon.
- Grease a large, oven-safe skillet with butter or oil and transfer the salmon pieces into the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet into the oven and broil for 13 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
