  • 3/4 cup butter (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 7.5 oz marshmallow cream (container)
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • 9x9 square pan
  • large saucepan
  • skewer

Method

  1. Line a 9×9 square pan with tin foil. Spray the sides and bottom with cooking spray.

  3. Continue to stir the mixture often until it comes to a boil, then let boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately add in the marshmallow cream and then the chocolate chips. Stir until all of the marshmallow cream is worked in and the fudge is smooth.
