  • 4 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.

  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and cilantro on top.
