  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 pieces green onions, chopped
Gochujang Sauce
  • 1/3 cup gochujang sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about two tablespoons each and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together gochujang sauce, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for five minutes until thickened.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and toss gently to coat before serving warm.
