Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
