Ingredients
  

Bok Choy
  • 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, stir to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve.
