Eggs
  • 8 large eggs fresh
Dairy
  • 1/4 cup milk optional for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons butter for cooking
Seasoning

Method
 

Prepare the eggs
  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Cook the eggs
  1. Heat the non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and foam.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit for a few seconds until it starts to set.
  3. Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center. Continue until the eggs are softly set but still slightly runny.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and serve immediately for the best texture.
