Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs cooked
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb Potatoes quartered
  • 1 cup Sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Table Settings
  • 4 pieces Plates large, preferably disposable
  • 4 pieces Napkins paper or cloth
  • 4 pieces Cups for drinks
  • 1 roll Tablecloth waterproof preferred

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood Boil
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and corn to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add sausage and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the seafood and seasoning, then cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Drain the pot using a strainer and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
Set the Table
  1. Spread the tablecloth over the table.
  2. Arrange plates, cups, and napkins for each guest.
  3. Place the serving platter in the center of the table for guests to serve themselves.
  4. Provide trash bags for easy cleanup.
